It was also noted that revolusimental.go.id was built on a theme of the open-source WordPress website platform and hosted on a shared server.
If the site had really been hacked, the department could take legal action. Information and Electronic Transactions Act carries a maximum penalty of eight years in prison and / or a fine of Rp.800 million for piracy. The department's secretary, Sugihartatmo, said it would not file a police report, but would instead respond positively improving site safety.
The site was heavy on the tiled visuals and light on content writing. There was a photo of Puan and a picture of Soekarno. Visitors could enter their name and email address to receive updates on how the government is revolutionizing the mental character of the nation. 
At launch, Puan said the site would provide useful information to promote mental revolution programs in all ministries and state institutions. She said the public could use the site to provide suggestions and comments.
The ministry stopped to provide explicit examples of how mental revolution will be implemented.
