How do you get the KITAP?

II. The second step is the actual submission of the application and KITAP attachments with immigration and visit the three levels of local immigration (Kanim), regional (Kanwil) and national (Dirjen) on the way.
III. The process of KITAP requires a third step. Must obtain a police local registration (STM) and an identity card (SKTT) with the local Mayor.

How long does he?
