Yuningsih The Bakso Lady I met Yuningsih the middle of Ramadan. Business had slowed considerably for Ungingsih, due to the fasting month, however, there was little sign of any concern because it's not so busy day with a smile on his face and a placid calm. I felt that this lady of 37 years really loved his work.

On a typical day is 30-40 Yuningsih bowls Bakso, a delicious meal (full) keeps the people in his kampung happy and content. Work seven days a week 10:00 to 8:00 p.m. there is little time to rest, but I could see she really loves and indulges in the social aspect of her work and delights to entertain the many children who spend on the way to school, including her 14 year old daughter who attends the local high school just 30 meters from her basket Bakso.

So what is Bakso and why is it so delicious?

First, Bakso is the Indonesian term for meatballs and was introduced to Indonesia by Chinese merchants there several years. It is very popular throughout Southeast Asia, especially in Vietnam.
Bakso

For Yuningsih his Bakso contains hot water, beef, tofu, various spices, including garlic, pepper, seasoning (msg) and noodles. It sells its Bakso for Rp.5,000 per bowl and is very proud of his creations.

"I pay a little more for my beef," Yuningsih explained: "I source the best places to get the best quality meat. It is very important. "

Her husband, also born in the same kampung, sales support with Bakso and also works in a small shop in Mangga Dua. They seemed to me to be a very satisfied and happy family, safe in their employment and strong in their Muslim faith.
